The Exterior Details

• Full brick on front (except the eaves have stucco)
• The sides are brick over half-way up and then it's stucco

• The house sits higher than most in the area and unlike many other homes in Syracuse, there have never been  any issues with flooding. Even during the rainiest spring on record (2011) there were no problems whatsoever, whereas many of our neighbors were using their sump pumps at that time.

It's a great golf course community! You will see families riding their golf carts around on summer evenings visiting with each other. This house sits just off the golf course so you get the golf course feeling without hassles of living right on the course (balls hitting your home, lack of privacy from golfers passing through,etc).

The deck:

Large covered TREX deck has shade all day long. Its the perfect spot for summer breakfast, lunch and dinner! Stairs lead to a big stamped and stained circular patio.
